We went to see the Atami Bay Fireworks Festival, which is held every summer.

As my family doesn't like crowds, we didn't go to the coastline where it would be packed with spectators, but instead watched from a distance. We couldn't see the fireworks reflected on the water or the Niagara Falls that decorate the finale, but since the launch site, Atami Bay, is a "cone-shaped" area surrounded by mountains on three sides, the sound of the fireworks echoed around, allowing us to fully experience the fireworks.
