This is an introduction to the Ghibli Park Big Warehouse that I visited for the first time.

In mid-July 2024, I went to Ghibli Park with my family for the first time. The weather on the day was cloudy and then rainy, so I was a little worried, but it only had occasional light rain and lasted the whole day. Ghibli Park is located within the "Expo Memorial Park", so it is very large and we were not able to see everything. Also, it was a humid day, so we walked around the park slowly so as not to push ourselves too hard. We would like to challenge the places we were unable to see this time next time.

The facilities currently open (as of July 2024) are ① "Ghibli Big Warehouse", ② "Dondoko Forest", ③ "Mononoke Village", ④ "Witch's Valley", and ⑤ "Hill of Youth".

"Ghibli Big Warehouse" has a time limit for admission. Since the admission ticket is for 10:00, we decided to go a little early and wait. However, the staff only explained that we could not enter until the scheduled time, and did not give us any information on where to wait. Then, a group of people started gathering near the entrance, and we had to line up at the back. It was quite a shock.

Basically, photography was allowed inside the "Ghibli Big Warehouse." However, we were told that photography was not allowed in the "Children's Town" and "Cat Bathroom." There were "Ghibli characters" hidden all over the warehouse, and children and adults had fun finding them.
