Turkish Style Spicy Tomato Dip - Acili Ezme - 4K Vegan Recipe

Possibly the most common meze dish in Turkey, Turkish version of salsa dip with fresh tomatoes, chilies, onions and a spicy sauce, usually served with kebabs but the recipe itself is vegan and full of vitamins.

Ingredients:
Spicy tomato pepper dip (Acili Ezme) :
half a bunch parsley
1 red onion
3 green peppers
1 red paprika pepper
3 medium size tomatoes
1 clove garlic
Juice of 1 lemons
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried peppermint
1 tsp blackpepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp sumak
1 tbsp chili paste
