Hello, everyone.
Today, I made traditional Korean snacks.

This snack is a test menu for basic Korean cooking.

It's a good cookie, but it's not hard to make.
I hope you make it.

* ingredients
ginger : 40g
flour : 400g
sugar : 160g
cooking oil : 2000ml
gardenia seeds : 10g
green tea powder : 3g
purple sweet potato powder : 5g
a red cactus powder : 3g

1. Slice ginger in a pot with 500 water; simmer for 5 minutes; cool.
2. mix cooled water and natural pigments (50g of water each).
3. Make dough by adding 80g of flour, 35g of water, and 1g of salt.
4. Place dough in plastic wrap for 30 minutes and let ripen.
5. Mix 160g of sugar and 200g of water in a pot and boil without stirring for 10 minutes.
6. Roll dough 0.2cm thick. And look at the video and shape it.
7. Set the oil temperature at 120 to 130 degrees. And fry for 5 minutes.
8. Fry it and mix it with the syrup you made. Then, put the syrup on the sieve and wait for 5 minutes.
9. Pack the finished cookies in a pretty way or place them on a plate.
