Gotgam-danji is currently a popular Korean fusion dessert in Korea.

[Ingredients]
Hodu-jeonggwa(candied walnut)
300g walnuts that has been boiled to remove its bitter taste.
60g Mascobado (replaceable with other sugars)
40g starch syrup
Cooking oil

Gotgam-danji
15 to 18 dried persimmons (Geonsi or Ban-geonsi)
300g Hodu-gangjeong(candied walnut)
300g shredded dried jujube
300g Yuja Cheong(citron ade/including pulp)
