I visited Iten with a couple of friends from Kapchorwa to learn more about the Kenyan running culture. I visited the Kipchoge Keino track in Eldoret to see athletes doing their speed work and then spent a few days in Iten exploring. I really enjoyed the trip and will look to incorporate some of what I learnt as I build my running camp in Kapchorwa.
