There is lots of running talent in Kapchorwa, Uganda and in this video I try to demonstrate it. The athletes are dedicated with their training but there is also an element of talent in their success. The majority of the athletes are from the Sebei tribe.

It always surprises me when new athletes here are much faster than me in speed workouts and more comfortable at faster paces on their easy runs, despite my now 4 years of training. I take two beginner athletes down to lower altitude to race them in a 5k. I explore the topic.
