簡單又好吃的黑豆豉炒飯

用了飯店剩下的米飯，加上從廣東省買的即吃香辣豆豉，再加一些家裡現成的食材，乾 蔥 薑 蔥，混合在一起，味道很好。簡單又美味，對於素食者來說可能也是不錯的選擇。

Interesting and Simple Fried Black Beans and Rice

Having some left over steamed rice from a restaurant, added it with the ready to eat black bean that I bought from southern China. I also added some existing ingredients found at home, shallot, ginger, spring onion. I combined them and it turned out really good. This simple dish is delicious and may be a good choice for vegan people too :D
