📍馬卡龍,這個法式甜品有誰不愛呢 ? 雖說有點甜,但這個已是減了甜的配方,真的很值得試一下!這視頻介紹兩種馬卡龍做法,我做完就吃了三個,真的好吃不膩!

📍材料:視乎大小,可做14-20個,片中做了20個
第1部分 :
 紫色馬卡龍:有粉糖霜50克(已減甜)、特幼杏仁粉50克、玉米粉15克
(啡色馬卡龍:有粉糖霜40克(已再減甜)、特幼杏仁粉60克、可可粉5克)
第2部分:蛋白50克,糖粉(幼細砂糖)50克
第3部分:食用色素

📍朱古力夾心 : 淡奶油30克,免調溫黑朱古力30克,牛油5克

📍烘烤:家用烤箱180C/180C 6-7分鐘,降至160C/160C 8-10分鐘,共約16分鐘。風爐減20度。

Who doesn't love macarons? Although they are a bit sweet, this recipe is really worth a try. I remember eating three or four of them after making them. Really, the combination is not too sweet.

We are making macarons today, a famous French dessert. Before making, draw circles on a piece of baking paper.

📍Recipe : can make 14-20 pcs, depends on the size
Part 1:
Purple macaron: 50g icing sugar, 50g extra fine almond powder, 15g corn flour
(Brown macaron: 40g icing sugar, 60g extra fine almond powder, 5g non sweet cocoa powder)
Part 2: 50g egg white, 50g fine caster sugar
Part 3: color pigment

📍Chocolate filling : 30g whipping cream (35% fat), 30g compound chocolate dark, 5g butter

📍Baking : 180C/180C for 6-7 minutes, reduce to 160C/160C for 8-10 minutes, total about 16 minutes.
