鹼水...4g(可加可不加)
低筋麵粉...500g

內餡: 43g (10個) 20g (10個)
紅豆沙...630g
鹹蛋黃...約230g (10個)

掃月餅面:
蛋黃... 一個
花生油... 數滴

預熱 焗爐 上火240度下火160度, 烤6分鐘取出, 放涼,掃上蛋黃汁,再放回烤箱5分鐘至表面呈金黃色
