In this video I will show you step-by-step how to make these amazing sweet and sour chicken balls takeaway style.

They are really simple to make and all you will need is -

chicken breast ( I used 4 )
self raising flour ( preferably green dragon brand )
MSG ( optional )
soy sauce
sugar
salt
white pepper
white wine or rice vinegar
water
high temperature oil ( I used vegetable oil )
tomato ketchup
red food colour ( Optional )
corn flour
measuring cups

That's it as simple as that.
