2 chicken breasts chopped
Batter
2 cups of self raising flour
One and a half cups of water
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of MSG
1/4 tsp of white pepper
1 tsp of sugar

Mix to form a thick paste

Method
Dipp the chicken in the batter and deep fry at 180 degrees for a few minutes and remove
Cook for a second time on high heat for one minute and then remove

Salt and pepper mix..All measures are level
6 and a half tablespoons of salt
6 and a half tablespoons of MSG
3 teaspoons of five spice
2 and 1/4 teaspoons of white pepper
1 and a 1/4 level teaspoons of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
Add all the ingredients to a salt and pepper shaker
This amount will do about 20 portions..Stored in a cool place it will last forever

Veg for frying
1 red chilli diced
1 green chilli diced
1 medium sized onion sliced
4 cloves of garlic chopped
1/2 green bell pepper sliced
1 tsp of red chill flakes
1 spring onion
Stir fry in some vegetable for a few minutes and then add your chicken balls
Coat with garlic chilli seasoning..Done
