SALT & PEPPER CHICKEN
~INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken thigh 150g
Potato starch 1 cup
Oil for frying
Sweet Onion half
Carrot 1
Red/Green pepper 1
Red/Green Chilli 3-4
Garlic cloves 3
Ginger slices 3
Spring Onion 2/3

~Marinate for Chicken
Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tsp

~Spice Mix
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Chinese Five Spice 1/4 tsp
Chicken powder/dashi powder 1/2 tsp ( Optional )
