Empanada 2 kinds of filling 20 each
plain flour 400g
butter 170g
egg york
milk 100ml
The above ingredients will make 20 empanadas.

Beef filling
Beef mince 250g
butter 1TBS
onion 1
smoked paprika 2TBS
cummin seed 1tsp
oregano
green onion
green olive

Chicken filling
Chicken breast 1
garlic 1
red pepper
tomato pure 1TBS
smoked paprika 1tsp
cumin powder 1tsp
