For me Yin Yoga is a practice really helpful in this moment of a woman's life. It’s a slow practice where we go inwards and have the time to feel our body, and to calm our mind.

The traditional books say that, if the condition is normal, the woman can practice all the yoga asanas. Forward bending Asanas are particularly good to soothesthe nervous system.
To correct the function of the endocrine system Bridge pose, Happy Child, and Savasana are recommended.
To keep the head cool Caterpillar and Half Butterfly.
To give a soothing sensation to the nerves, Child’s pose, Sleeping Swam, Saddle and Savasana.

My name is Liza, I am 51 years old, I am from Portugal and I have been traveling the world since 2014. After spending more than 2 years in the internacional capital of yoga, Rishikesh, in India, where I learned Yoga wisdom with wonderful teachers, I committed to bring yoga knowledge to as much people as possible. Yoga gave me and gives me so much that I cannot keep this knowledge only for me. I created this YouTube channel with that propose and now I am recording this courses to share Yoga in a structured way. I organised different topics and brought them together in each course, where I have the time to explain you the intelligence behind each posture, and what you can do in the specific situation. I believe it will be really helpful and it works as a library for you and for me.

This groups of 7 classes were initially prepared with the intention of being available based on donation. But I can't ask for money for knowledge that was passed on to us by our yogi ancestors for free. Of course, I invested and invest a lot every day in my training, but I still feel like a student and not a teacher. So I'm making public all these classes, and they will be available for free.
