Simple Recipe how to make soy milk cincau jelly mooncake, with white soy bean milk for the upper layer while Palm Sugar & cincau filling for the bottom layer.
*4-6 pcs portion
➡️Upper Layer 上层
Snow White Soy Milk Layer 雪白豆奶层:
400ml Soy Bean Milk 豆奶
2 tsp Agar Agar powder 燕菜粉
1+1/2 tsp Jelly powder 果冻粉
➡️Bottom Layer 底层
Cincau filling with Palm Sugar based Layer 椰糖燕菜果冻仙草肉馅层:
500ml water 清水
100g palm sugar 椰糖
Cincau jelly 仙草果冻/凉粉
1 tbsp Agar Agar powder 燕菜粉
1 tsp Jelly powder 果冻粉
*Note: 1 tbsp = 3 tsp
