Mandy explains the scientifically established correlation between New Zealand's world highest colon cancer rates and meat consumption rates.

The link between processed meats and cancer is explained, as is the need for high fibre in ones diet. The role of the gut microbiome is also highlighted as well as what you can do to improve its health. The role of fat and fibre in African and American African diets is looked at in relation to cancer. The role of obesity is also studied, then tips are given on how to reduce the risk of bowel cancer.
