The new road in Damac Hills 2 has now officially opened. The new road in Damac Hills has reduced the travel time for the residents of Damac Hills 2 who are travelling into certain parts of Dubai.

I have never really felt the need for the new road to be opened as I rarely travel in this direction, I always choose to use Expo Road or Al Khail Road.

On reddit the has been discussion of when this road would be opened and it has now been officially opened and all DH2 residents received the email 21st of July 2024 stating that the road was officially open.

I can see on the Reddit forum that one of the concerns is that the new road will further increase the rental prices in the area. This is becoming a topic of discussion when in the Rotana hotel bar chatting to residents who are chatting about the increased sales and rental prices in the area but this is only natural as more and more Dubai ex-pats choose to move to Damac Hills 2.

The community is nearly complete and it's starting to thrive as the months go on investors in Damac are starting to see high returns on investment and this trend looks like it could be set to accelerate over the next months and years.

Damac Hills 2 is a community I love living and working and as for people who say it's too far I really don't think it is.
