I wanted to give you some perspective on the area and the distance between Damac Hills 2 and Emaar Valley.

I am trying to find out more about the landfill site and the plans for this landfill hill in Dubai. It will be interesting to know what their plans are in the future. No doubt it is part of the 2040 vision plan.

All of these communities in rural Dubai offer amazing family living, offering villas and townhouses for a much more affordable cost than the inner city townhouses. Lots of landlords are now investing in these areas because they are proving to have incredible capital appreciation and high rental yields.

As Dubai becomes a business people are looking at where they can live in traffic and Al Ain Road is always free of traffic and the same for expo road so by living in these areas you are benefiting from huge 4-lane roads that take you directly into Dubai, traffic-free.
