Ingredients:
4 large eggs, separated
1/3 cup mango juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil​​
1 cup + 2 tbsp cups cake flour
1/2 cup + 1/4 cup +2 tbsp + granulated sugar, divided
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
2-3 medium-large mangoes
Frosting:
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup mango puree
