Ingredients:

60 g butter (1/3 cup) [for the base]
150 g Maria cookies (26 cookies)
3 gelatin leaves (6 g powder)
250 g of soft almond or Jijona nougat
100 ml milk (2/5 cup)
40 g of sugar (3 tbsp)
500 ml whipping cream or whipping cream (2 cups)
75g chocolate
75 ml whipping cream (1/3 cup) [for topping]

1 tsp butter [for topping]
decorate to taste
