Ingredients:

For the biscuits:

250g sugar
3 eggs
160 ml vegetable oil
200 ml of milk
1 tsp vanilla
250 g wheat flour
70 g cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
100 ml hot water
2 tbsp honey

For the syrup:

200 ml of water
100g sugar
1 splash of hazelnut liqueur

For the ganache:

350 g dark chocolate
700 ml whipping cream

For the ganache decoration:

80 g dark chocolate
40 ml whipping cream
20g butter
