Learn with this video how to prepare a Suchard Chocolate Nougat Arm. Depending on the country, these desserts are known as queen's arm, pionono, wrapped child or cake roll. It is composed of a sponge cake, filled with a Suchard chocolate nougat mousse and finally decorated to taste. đđ

Ingredients:
For the Cake:
4 eggs
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
8 g vanilla sugar or essence (1 tsp)
100 g wheat flour (3/4 cup)
Filling and Decoration:
150 g Suchard chocolate nougat
400 ml whipping cream or whipping cream (1 cup + 3/5)
1 tbsp sugar (15 g)
150 g milk chocolate
a little more whipping cream
decorate to taste
