Being an equestrian is hard work, especially when you're trying to balance a riding career with running a business and taking care of a family. 🐴We can't pass up the opportunity to sit down and chat with someone who seems to have mastered that balance, so that's exactly what we're doing on this week's episode of Ask an Expert! We'll be joined by the one and only Sinead Halpin: 5* event rider, Ride iQ coach, host of our In Stride podcast, and mama extraordinaire. Sinead, tell us your secrets!

Sinead has ridden to the top level of eventing, winning the CCI5* National Championship at Rolex Kentucky, finishing 2nd at Burghley 5*, and was named to the US Equestrian Team for the World Equestrian Games in Normandy, France. Sinead is an ICP level three certified instructor and has coached Area 2 Young Riders to multiple team and individual gold medals. She and and her husband Tik are both juggling upper level riding careers alongside raising two kiddos and operating their business Copperline Farm in Ocala, Florida.

❓As usual we'll be taking questions live, or you can send them to us ahead of time!

See you soon! 💃🕺
