Who doesn't love a good hot take? 🔥 Ride iQ coach and International Grand Prix dressage rider Lauren Sprieser is joining us on this week's episode of AAE to dish out her unfiltered thoughts on eventing competitions. 😎 What are some common mistakes event riders make? What are some of the unique challenges of the sport? What can event riders be doing better? We gon' learn!

Lauren Sprieser is a USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist With Distinction that also specializes in training both horses and riders. Lauren quickly established herself as a top trainer of riders from green to Grand Prix across several disciplines, with students ranging from local walk-trot champions to CDI Grand Prix. But she also has become well-known for producing FEI horses, as well as helping her students to make their own.

Her enthusiasm and wit has made her a popular trainer with students from the grassroots to the international levels in both dressage and eventing. She’s also an acclaimed blogger for the Chronicle of the Horse, and writes regularly for Dressage Today, Noelle Floyd and Practical Horseman.
