Wet Ingredients:
3 Eggs
200ml Veg Oil
120ml Milk
210ml Yogurt or Buttermilk
120ml Hot Coffee (Mix water and 1 tsp instant coffee)
Dry Ingredients:
315g Plain Flour
240g Caster Sugar
60g Cocoa Powder
1tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1. Combine all wet ingredients except hot coffee.
2. Combine all dry ingredients.
3. Pour wet over dry ingredients and mix with a hand whisk.
4. Pour hot coffee and mix well with hand whisk.
5. Bake for 35-40 mins at 170C temp. You will beed three 6 inch tins.
Chocolate Fudge Frosting
230g Double Cream
230g Unsalted Butter
400g Chocolate
Melt in microwave at 1 min burst and mix until fully combined. Leave it in the fridge to chill for 1 hour. If it's too stiff, then microwave it until it become spreadable in consistency.
