Ingredients:
2 cups bread flour
3 large eggs
7 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1+1/2 tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp custard powder (optional)
2 tsp fleur d'oranger extract or 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the mold: butter + flour
Egg wash: 1 egg yolk + 1 tsp milk
