I am back at the trail that started my obsession with trail running and hiking in this beautiful state of Colorado. I would spend a lot of time on the Mount Sanitas Trail and Dakota Ridge Trail located just east of the valley loop before I went to work or just on my days off. I loved the area and what the valley offered. For how popular the trailheads seem to be, I got lucky today and enjoyed a few solo spots along the trail as well.
