Ratalu (Purple Yam) / રતાળુ - 150 grams
Milk / દૂધ - 250 ml
Sugar / ખાંડ - 20 gm (or as per taste)
Ghee / ઘી - 1 tablespoon
Cardamom Powder / એલચી પાવડર - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped Nuts (Almonds) / કાપેલા બદામ - 2 tablespoons
