Ingredients:
Urad Dal / ઉરદ દાળ - 1 cup
Yogurt / દહીં - 2 cups
Boiled Potatoes / ઉકાળેલા બટાટા - 3 (medium-sized, mashed)
Carrots / ગાજર - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Capsicum / શિમલા મરચા - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Cabbage / કોબી - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Tomatoes / ટમેટાં - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Onion / ડુંગળી - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Cilantro / ધાણા - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Lemon Juice / લીંબુનો રસ - 1 tablespoon
Green Chilli Paste / લીલા મરચાંની પેસ્ટ - 1 tablespoon
Dates Tamarind Chutney / ખજુર અને આમલીની ચટણી - as needed
Green Chutney / લીલી ચટણી - as needed
Sugar / ખાંડ - 3 tablespoons
Salt / મીઠું - to taste
