Today, we're making the delicious and super fluffy Nylon Khaman. This popular Gujarati snack is known for its soft, spongy texture and irresistible taste. Perfect for breakfast or evening tea, you can enjoy this savory treat anytime!

Ingredients:
2 cups Gram flour / 2 કપ બેસન
3 teaspoons Sugar / 3 ચમચી ખાંડ
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice / 1 ચમચી લીંબુનો રસ
1 teaspoon Baking Soda / 1 ચમચી ખાવા નો સોડા
3 tablespoons Oil / 3 ટેબલસ્પૂન તેલ
Water / 1 cup (as needed) / 1 કપ પાણી (જરૂરી મુજબ)

For Tadka:
1 cup Water / 1 કપ પાણી
2 tablespoons Oil / 2 ટેબલસ્પૂન તેલ
1 teaspoon Salt / 1 ચમચી મીઠું
2 tablespoons Sugar / 2 ટેબલસ્પૂન ખાંડ
3 Green Chillies (long cut) / 3 લીલા મરચા (લાંબા કાપેલા)
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai) / 1 ચમચી રાઈ
1 teaspoon Hing (Asafoetida) / 1 ચમચી હીંગ
10-12 Curry Leaves / 10-12 કડી પત્તા

For Garnishing:
Fresh Coriander leaves / કોથમીર
Grated Coconut / ઘસેલું નારિયેળ
