🍰Ingredientes:
Bizcocho:
100 gr Mantequilla sin sal.
100 gr/ml de Leche (1/2 Taza).
3 Huevos (150 gr de líquidos).
200 gr de Azúcar (1 Taza + 2 Cdas).
195 gr Harina todo uso (1 3/4 Taza).
30 gr leche en polvo o maicena (4 1/2 Cdas).
1/2 cdta de Sal.
1 3/4 cdta de polvo hornear (6 gr).
2 cdtas esencia o pasta vainilla.
Crema de Vainilla:
400 ml de leche (2 Tazas).
1 Huevo (50 gr de líquido)
75 gr de Azúcar (1/3 Taza + 1Cda).
10 gr de Azúcar vainillada (1 cda o 2 cdtas pasta vainilla).
1 1/2 cdta de ralladura de naranja (opcional)
40 gr Maicena (1/2 Taza - 2 Cdas).
30 gr de mantequilla.
Cobertura:
100 gr de chocolate para cobertura.
100 gr crema para batir/crema de leche

🍰Ingredients:
Biscuit:
100 gr Unsalted butter.
100 gr/ml of Milk (1/2 Cup).
3 Eggs (150 g of liquid).
200 gr of Sugar (1 Cup + 2 Tbsp).
195 gr All-purpose flour (1 3/4 Cup).
30 g powdered milk or cornstarch (4 1/2 Tbsp).
1/2 tsp of Salt.
1 3/4 tsp baking powder (6 gr).
2 tsp vanilla essence or paste.
Vanilla cream:
400 ml of milk (2 Cups).
1 Egg (50 g of liquid)
75 gr of Sugar (1/3 Cup + 1 Tbsp).
10 g of vanilla sugar (1 tbsp or 2 tsp vanilla paste).
1 1/2 tsp orange zest (optional)
40 gr Cornstarch (1/2 Cup - 2 Tbsp).
30 g of butter.
Coverage:
100 g of chocolate for coverage.
100 gr whipping cream/milk cream.
