Riley Biddle of Rancho Bernardo High in California won the Division 1 girls 3-mile sophomore race in 18:57.9 at the 44th Mt. Carmel/ASICS Invitational at Balboa Park’s Morley Field in San Diego, Calif. Biddle helped Rancho Bernardo secure second place as a team with 70 points.
