Harper Diaz, a sophomore at Santana High in California, won the Division 1 invitational girls varsity 3-mile race in 17:54.3 at the 44th Mt. Carmel/ASICS Invitational at Balboa Park in San Diego, Calif. Diaz achieved the fastest female performance at the meet.
