This laddu is excellent to get healthy strong thick hair and glowing skin and especially very good for women and children of all age groups. Gives bone strength ,good for weight loss as well. Make this protein,biotin,iron,vitamin E, selenium rich laddu with 8 ingredients - Badams or almonds, ragi flour , peanuts , black & white sesame seeds , walnuts , dry coconut , jaggery , dates .
cardamoms - for adding flavor and ghee(3 tbsp) for combining the mixed powders
with the qty mentioned and shown in the video for each ingredients , yields up to 40 laddus ...

eat 1 laddu daily and this can be given to adults & kids above 5 yrs as well. its very good for kids bones ,eyes ,skin and muscle strength.

**Note - pumpkin seeds ,cucumber seeds , sunflower seeds ,flax seeds can also be substituted /added to the below ingredients. Qty - 1/2 cup each seeds , dry roast and powder it , mix it with other ingredients before making laddu**But do not add too many seeds and nuts in 1 recipe itself...split the ingredients and make varieties of laddus**

Recipe -
1- Dry Roast all the ingredients separately in a kadai first - qty mentioned below
Badams - 1 cup ,ragi flour - 1 cup ,peanuts - 1 cup ,black & white sesame seeds - 1 cup together , walnuts - 1/2 cup , few cardamoms
2- take handful of seedless dates , 1/2 cup dry coconut or you can dry roast fresh coconut in kadai for few mins or till its light brown , 3 to 5 tbsp. - ghee required for this recipe
3- allow the roasted the ingredients to cool down completely
4 - grind each ingredient separately in a mixie.
5- bring all the ground powders together as shown in video in a bowl and keep this aside.
6- heat 3 tbsp. ghee, add 1 cup jaggery or country sugar and boil till its dissolved well.filter the jaggery water ,bring it to boil once and then add all the powders in it.give a nice mix.swtich off flame.(do not boil the jaggery water too much as it will tend to hard fast and you will not be able to make laddus)
7-once its warm and when its ok to touch with hands - make laddus ,use ghee if laddu becomes dry .grease your palms with ghee as well to make laddus.
8 - store in a clean dry air tight glass or steel container.
9 - this laddu stays well for nearly 20 -25 days at normal room temperature.
