7. Cardamom/ Elaichi – We are using dried cardamom seeds to enhance the taste of our Laddu.

Lets see how to make this delicious and hair growth Laddu. This process is so simple.
In a pan, take 1 cup of Finger millet powder. Now to this add ½ cup of ground flax seeds. Now crush the cardamom in a mortar and pestle. You can smell the nice fragrance of cardamom while crushing it. Now add this crushed cardamom to the pan.
Now slightly toast all this mixture on a stove on medium flame for 5 minutes. No need to add oil for toasting. Use a spoon to mix the contents while toasting.
The flax seed powder will start emitting a slight fishy odor while toasting. Stop toasting at this point and switch off the stove. Let the contents cool down. Don’t worry about the smell, it will go away once the contents cool down.
In a separate sauce pan, take a quarter cup of black sesame seeds. Toast the black sesame seeds without oil on a low flame. While toasting, they start popping up. At this point, switch off the stove and set them aside to cool down.
In a blender jar, add 1 cup of soft seedless dates. Toss in 2 table spoons of pumpkin seed oil and 2 table spoons of Ghee. If you don’t want to add Ghee, just add pumpkin seed oil in place of Ghee.
Now, give it a few spins. After blending for 2 to 3 minutes we got a nice crushed dates like this. Now add the toasted flax and millet powder into the same blender jar. Now add 2 more tablespoons of pumpkin seed oil.
Blend everything once again. You can also use a food processor to blend all this. After blending for sometime, we got a nice sticky mix like this. Take this mix into a bowl. To this add the toasted sesame seeds. This is the final mix. We are going to make Laddus with this.
Clean and dry your hands fully. Now, Mix all the contents, and make a nice laddu as shown. This looks difficult, but its not really. Because, we have added dates, it automatically binds everything to form nice round shaped Laddus. You just need to apply some pressure while making this round shaped Laddus.
Here is the final result. This Laddu contains DHT blockers, as well as protein, Omega -3 and all the required vitamins and minerals for hair. Healthy yet delicious snack.
