🔔 Stir-fried eggplant. (1T=rice spoon)
2 eggplants (360g), 20cm green onion, 1 green chili pepper, 70g crab stick, ½T minced garlic, 1T corn syrup, 3T soy sauce, 3T water, 3T cooking oil, a pinch of pepper, ½T sesame seeds.

✨Stir-fried eggplant. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Slice the eggplant, green onion, green chili pepper, and crab stick.
2. Make the sauce. (1/2T minced garlic, 1T corn syrup, 3T soy sauce, 3T water)
3. Add eggplant and 3T cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry for 4 minutes and 30 seconds on high heat.
4. Add green chili pepper and green onion and stir-fry for 20 seconds.
5. Add the sauce and stir-fry for 40 seconds to 1 minute. 6. Turn off the heat and mix in the crab sticks, a pinch of pepper, and 1/2T of sesame seeds.
