■cinnamon rolls
26g rice flour paste (6g riceflour + 20g water)
120g rice flour(Mizuhochikara)
16g sugar
2g salt
50g corn starch
3g dry yeast
120g water(at first)
8g vegetable oil
5.5g Psyllium Husk
5g~15g Additional water

■cinnamon sugar
1Tbsp cinnamon
2Tbsp sugar

■icing
20g sugar
3g water
2g lemon juice
