Step by step guide on How to cook Pork Adobo
Ingredients:
Pork - 3/4 to 1 kilo
Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Water - 500 ml
Whole Peppercorn - 1 tablespoon
Dried Bay leaves - 4 to 5 pcs
Red Onion - 1 pc
Garlic Cloves - 8 pcs
Chili - optional
Sugar - optional
Potatoes - 3 pcs
