✔️1 kilo Pork Belly (liempo)
✔️6 cloves garlic (bawang)
✔️1/3 cup soy sauce (toyo)
✔️1/3 cup vinegar (suka)
✔️4 to 5 pieces dried bay leaf (dahon ng laurel)
✔️½ tablespoon whole peppercorns (pamintang buo)
✔️½ teaspoon ground black pepper (pamintang durog)
✔️Sugar to taste (asukal, optional)
✔️Water (adjust as needed)
✔️ hard-boiled eggs (pwedeng wala)
