Hey mamas,
This is a 20-minute morning prenatal yoga flow. It is a gentle flow that you can do during any stage of your pregnancy. I highly recommend using 2 yoga blocks for this class but, if you don't have any you can use a thick pillow instead.
Great for:
-Energizing
-Hip and shoulder mobility
-Any stage of pregnancy
