A very simple and delicious recipe for green buckwheat bread.
Gluten-free/flour-free|yeast-free/healthy whole grain bread.

For a loaf of 800 g, we will need:
✅ 500 g of dry green buckwheat
✅ 150 g of water
✅ 8 grams of salt (I have pink Himalayan)
✅ 15 grams of sweetener (I have cane sugar)

Cooking technology:
Stage 1. Wash the buckwheat well and soak for 1-3 hours.
Stage 2. Soaked buckwheat again thoroughly rinse from the mucus. Add 150 grams of water and punch with a blender until smooth. Add salt, sweetener, mix well. Put it in a greased form. Leave to ferment at room temperature for 18-24 hours. I cover the mold with another mold or put it in the oven.
The dough should rise. If it is cool at home and the dough does not rise, put the mold on the battery, put it in the sun or in the oven preheated to 50 grams.
Stage 3. Bake in a well-heated oven until golden brown.
