Sugar-750gm(ખાંડ)
Salt-1.25tbsp(મીઠુ)
Turmeric powder-1/2tbsp(હળદર પાવડર)
Red chill powder-2tbsp(લાલ મરચું)
Cuminseeds-1/2tsp(જીરુ)
Cloves-6to7(લવિંગ)
Cinnamon sticks- 2(small) (તજનાં ટુકડા)
