Ingredients -

500 grams Fresh Raw Rajapuri Mango
2 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Methi Dana/Dry Fenugreek Seeds
4 Cloves
3-4 Small Cinnamon Stick
3 Dry Red Chilli
½ tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
As per taste Salt
2 Cup Sugar
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

Store it upto 12 months in airtight glass jar on room temperature
