In the northern-most part of Finland, the midnight sun already started. This means that the sun does not do down and you have light 24 hours a day. Great for boating!

Below the arctic circle where still most of the boating takes place, we do not have the midnight sun, but the sun just barely dips down behind the horizon and (unless its really cloudy) it does not get really dark even at midnight.

In this video you can experience a little bit of the magic of boating around the clock with enough light to navigate and even take in the sights. So lean back and enjoy what we in Finland call "yötön yö" meaning "nightless night".

And thanks to Johannes and Laura for a very nice ride!
