Recipe:
Makes about 10 to 12 servings
For the dough:
400g (14oz) all-purpose flour

4 large eggs
For the filling:

1/2 teaspoon of grated nutmeg

For the meat sauce:

1 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
300g (10.5oz) mild Italian sausage meat
1 can (28oz) tomatoes
6g (2 teaspoons) fine sea salt
1g (1 teaspoon) red pepper flakes
1g (1 teaspoon) dried oregano
8g (2 tablespoons) chopped fresh parsley
Little extra:
Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
