The best dough for making pie sheets. It is easily modeled and does not break.
The recipe for 4 sheets is:
500 g of flour plus 2-3 spoons for rolling out the sheets
200 ml of water
2 eggs with a teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of oil
To grease the sheets:
200 g of melted butter
For the filling:
about 1.5 kg of grated pumpkin
200 g of sugar
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
a spoonful of cinnamon
a little nutmeg
