A fine, aromatic and tasty dessert.
The recipe is:
For sheets:
500 g of flour plus or minus a spoon
200 g of soft butter
100 g of powdered sugar
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
a teaspoon of baking powder
a packet of vanilla sugar of 8 g
For the filling:
1.5 kg of grated apples
200 g of sugar
50 g of butter
a teaspoon of cinnamon or other flavors - optional
the juice of a lemon
Bake at 180 degrees, 40 minutes
