Aalu Matar
Preparation time 10 Minutes
Cooking time 30 minutes.


2 tbsp Oil,1tsp cumin seeds,2 Bay leaves, Garlic a luGinger paste, 2 medium onion Chopped, chopped tomato.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,2
tbsp Coriander powder, 1tbsp chilli powder,Chat masala1 tbsp and garam masala1 tbsp ,salt to taste for Garnish Coriander Spring
In a pan add oil,oil it's hot,add cumin and Bay
Leaves let it splutter
Add Chopped onions , garlic ginger paste it well until translucent.add turmeric powder,, coriander powder, chilli powder and salute for a minute. Add Chopped tomato and cook it for 2-3 minutes' on
moderate heat.Add Boil Aalu Matar stir
it well mix everything well and add Garam masala.Cover it with the lid and cook it 5 minutes on moderate heat.
Transfer it to the serving dish and granish it with Coriander Spring.
