आपको बनाने के लिए आपको इन सामग्रियों की जरुरत है: मटर (हरी मटर) - 1 कप, पनीर - 200 ग्राम, प्याज - 2, टमाटर - 2, हरी मिर्च - 2-3, अदरक - 1 इंच का टुकड़ा, हल्दी पाउडर – ½ tsp,लाल मिर्च पाउडर – ½ tsp ,
हल्दी पेस्ट –
¼ tsp ,
नमक स्वाद के हिससेब से

Now let’s start with the cooking process:
सौस पैन में
तेल/White butter/Ghee/Butter /Oil –


First step is to heat the oil and then add chopped onions. Saute till they turn translucent.

Then add ginger and green chillies paste. Saute for a few minutes.

Next add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.

Once the tomatoes are cooked well then add turmeric powder,haldi powder and red chilly powder in it. Mix them well.

Now it’s time to put boiled peas into this mixture.
Add little bit of water if required so that peas blends well with spices

When all these ingredients blends together properly then its time to put paneer cubes into it.
Also add some salt as per taste now in this mixture,

Cook for around ten minutes on low flame or till oil separates from masala.


Your Matar Paneer is ready
